Jali and mashrabiya screens
See-through screens are usually premix cast, which suits the thicker sections and fine openings of geometric patterns. Each pattern is set out on shop drawings and cast from a dedicated mould.
GRC domes
Domes are produced in segments, engineered for handling and fixing, and assembled on site on a support frame. GRC keeps domes light while carrying cornice and rib detail.
Mosques and heritage buildings
We have delivered GRC for mosques including projects at Nad Al Sheba, Al Furjan and Al Khawaneej and the TAG Juma Mosque in Dubai, and for heritage-style villas and palaces.
Moulds made in-house
Our mould shop produces the masters and moulds for each pattern, so repeat elements stay identical across the building.

Questions about GRC Jali Screens & Domes
What is a GRC jali?+
A GRC jali is a perforated decorative screen cast in glass fibre reinforced concrete, used for façades, boundary walls, staircases and sun shading.
Can you match an existing jali pattern?+
Yes. Share a drawing or photograph; we set out the pattern on shop drawings for approval and make a mould for it.
Are GRC domes heavy?+
No. GRC domes are much lighter than solid concrete because the skin is thin and fibre reinforced; they are made in segments and fixed on a support frame.
