Thin, light façade panels
GRC cladding skins are typically 10–15 mm thick, so panels weigh far less than solid precast and put less load on the structure. Large panels are spray-manufactured; smaller and thicker items are premix cast.
Any profile the architect draws
Curved balcony bands, slab-edge features, fins, deep reveals and patterned panels are cast from project moulds made in-house, then fixed to steel support frames detailed on our shop drawings.
Finishes
White or grey cement smooth finish, pigmented finish, acid-etched fine-stone finish or exposed aggregate, matched to approved samples before production.
From drawings to handover
Panelisation, shop drawings, moulds, manufacturing, delivery, installation, joint sealing with backing rod and sealant, and final touch-up, under one team.

Questions about GRC Cladding Panels
What is GRC cladding?+
GRC cladding is a façade system of thin glass fibre reinforced concrete panels fixed to the building with steel frames and anchors. It gives a concrete or stone look with far less weight than precast.
Is GFRC cladding the same as GRC cladding?+
Yes. GFRC is the American name and GRC the name used in the UK and the Gulf for the same glass fibre reinforced concrete.
